A bit about the role
As a Senior UX&UI Designer you will work closely with our development and core engineering team, on cutting edge, industry-leading products while being focused on providing support for full software development lifecycle. You will be managing development, staging, and production environments.
Your main focus will be translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockup and prototypes that lead to ultimate user experience. We will support you to learn all about blockchain architecture and web3 technology.

- Your usual day will include:
🖌 Designing and delivering ideas and production solutions using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
🧑🎨 Designing graphic user interface as a complete solution including all elements, in collaboration with Front End and Back End engineers
⚙️ Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions
🖥 Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features jointly with Product Manager and Technical Architect
🧪 Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
🎯 Working closely with the rest of the team in order to coordinate and align on tasks and goals - Your usual week will include:
☁️ Capturing high level ideas and translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
🤓 Facilitating the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
🤸♀️ Finally, having fun with teammates while learning and exploring new Web3 technologies (we dedicate time to learning and educating ourselves)
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU BRING
- As a must:
👩💻 3+ years of UX design experience for complex solutions with deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design as end to end process (using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces)
🎨 3+ years expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
✏️ 2+ years HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript skills
🤓 Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision, and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
🧑🔧 Proven track record of owning and maintaining the quality of the product areas your team was responsible for
🌎 Familiarity with working in a remote environment - As a plus:
🧑💻 Experience working and collaborating in a digital native environment (Git, Slack, Notion)
🕸 Knowledge of Web3 and a keen interest to learn more
🎓 Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent work experience - Plus as a general knowledge:
🔗 NFTs, DeFi, DAO, Oracles
💎 Experience with Ethereum or Polygon — proficient with the core concepts in the space
